The Prenatal Program
- Filmed throughout my entire 3rd pregnancy
- Classes from gestation week 5 through to week 40
- 6 x classes per week
- Designed for you move along with a trainer who is at the same pregnancy week as you.
- Learn movement and exercise substitutions to incorporate as your pregnancy progresses and your body changes.
- Weekly schedules of strength, yoga, pilates, mobility, restorative & more
- Support diastasis-recti & pelvic girdle pain
- Maintain muscle mass, strength, flexibility & posture throughout your pregnancy
- Classes to support the physiological changes of pregnancy & prepare for birth.
- Designed to support other women their desire to have, strong & healthy pregnancies through intelligent guide movement programs.
Moving with me in The Prenatal Program, we will experience some the struggles of trimester 1.
Celebrate our energy in trimester 2.

We don't just share strong & empowered pregnancies, we hold space for one another from beginning to end.
