The Prenatal Program

  • Maintain muscle mass, strength, flexibility & posture throughout your pregnancy

  • Classes to support the physiological changes of pregnancy & prepare for birth.

  • Designed to support other women their desire to have, strong & healthy pregnancies through intelligent guide movement programs.
