EQUIPMENT
All strength programs require at least two pairs of dumbbells.
One lighter-medium pair for upper body (ie 5kg set)
One medium-heavy pair for lower body (ie 12-20kg set)
Throughout the entire platform we use a theraband, pilates ball, yoga block and yoga mat.
The Prenatal Program requires a a theraband, pilates ball, yoga block and bed pillow. If you partake in the strength sessions you'll need at minimum two pairs of dumbbells, same as above.
The Postnatal Program requires a a theraband, pilates ball, yoga block and bed pillow. If you partake in the strength sessions in Phase 2-4 you'll need at minimum two pairs of dumbbells, same as above.
