SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT
We utilise a combination of both dumbbells & kettlebells in this program,
you don't need both but we do suggest having a mixture of different sized weights available.
We suggest beginning with at least 1-2 heavier weights for lower body movements & 1-2 lighter weights for your upper body.
Georgia & myself trained with a weight range of 5kg's-30kgs.
