Practice classes alongside Amy's very own 1st, 2nd & 3rd trimesters where you'll learn appropriate modifications, essential stability work & compassionate yoga & strength classes for your changing body.
SUGGESTED EQUIPMENT
We suggest having the support of a sturdy house-hold chair, a yoga bolster or two bed pillows and two yoga blocks at the ready for classes during your pregnancy.
Our prenatal strength program's utilise kettlebells, dumbbells and resistance bands.
