The weekly 'Class of The Day' schedule is updated every single week.

The Prenatal Program: 35-week guided program for women to experience strong and healthy pregnancies via yoga, pilates, strength training, mobility, birth prep and education.

The Postnatal Program: A four phase 9-month guided program for women to recover and heal post vaginal or cesarean birth. Begin with rehabilitation and safely progress to becoming stronger than your pre-pregnancy!

• To cancel your account, click the avatar on the top right-hand corner of the screen and in the drop-down menu, select 'settings'.

•  In settings, under 'Account Information' select 'billing'.

•  Click the three dots next to your active subscription, and select 'cancel this subscription' (sometimes on mobile devices these three dots look hidden, but they are right next to the 'P' after the word MEMBERSHIP)
