- You are taking part voluntarily and understand that all exercise carries some risk of injury.
- You confirm you are fit to take part, and you will consult a healthcare professional before taking part if you have any injury, pain, health condition, or concern about your ability to exercise safely.
- The classes are delivered online, so the instructor cannot see or correct your movement. You agree to listen to your body, modify or stop at any time, and take responsibility for your own safety, including your space and set-up.
- All content is general information only. It is not medical advice.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, you take part at your own risk and release Amy Carmody, Amy Carmody Yoga Pty Ltd, and their employees and contractors from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Nothing in this waiver limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

- Please do not forward or post the class links publicly. If a friend would like to try the classes, invite them to sign up for the promo themselves.

- We reserve all rights not expressly granted here. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of any content to you.
