The Prenatal Program

  • Filmed during my entire 3rd pregnancy to support other women have empowered, strong & healthy pregnancies.
  • Follow along with a trainer who is at the same pregnancy week as you!
  • Classes from gestation week 5 through to week 40.
  • 6 x classes per week.
  • Weekly schedules of strength, yoga, pilates, mobility, restorative & more.
  • Help support diastasis-recti & pelvic girdle pain.
  • Maintain muscle mass, strength, flexibility & posture support,
  • Classes to support the physiological changes of pregnancy & prepare for birth.

The Postnatal Program

  • Filmed during my own postpartum to help other women heal, recover & rehabilitate from pregnancy, vaginal birth and cesareans.
  • 'No exercise' for the first six weeks doesn't mean 'no movement'. 
  • Help your body feel good in the early stages of motherhood.
  • Phase 1 involves '15 minute' sessions to make rehabilitation more accessible.
  • Phase 2 involves a beginner and intermediate option.
  • Safely bring strength training back into your regime.
  • Classes to support diastasis-recti, prolapse & tissue recovery.
