I'm a yoga teacher based in Edinburgh with classes online and in different spaces across the city. I am also a full time student - studying to be a primary school teacher. I have a deep and personal relationship to movement due to my dance background. Moving my body feels so natural to me. Yoga helped me to reconnect with my body in a sustainable way after years in the brutality fo the dance industry. Yoga has helped me to appreciate and tend to my body and I aim to share this within every class I teach. 

Truly there is no comparison. Amy has the most wonderful balance between a professional layout of a website/easy to access and beautiful personal touches such as in-depth class descriptions and replying to comments under the classes. The range of classes is also incredible. I have delved into different styles and was so inspired to join Amy's YTT because of her in-depth knowledge and way of sharing. 

Woah - big question and one that I don't think words could ever fully describe. Amy has shown me a way to not only move and stay active sustainably but also to teach in a sustainable way so that I can show up how I know I want to for my students. ACY has been a constant since I joined in 2020 and it has helped me move through some big emotions from the pandemic and beyond. The day I got engaged I practiced with Amy in the morning as I knew her familiar voice and movement would allow me to surrender to what I knew was coming. Amy, thank you. You are phenomenal.

Becoming a wife and stepping into this next chapter full of love and admiration not only for my future husband but for myself. 

Surrendering control that I can everything wrapped up in a neat little bow exactly when I decide it should be. Moving on from the perfectionist mindset and leaning deeply into safety and trust.
