For the purposes of these Terms, ‘Us’, ‘Our’, Tour Leader, and ‘We’ and ‘Amy Carmody Yoga’ refers to Amy Carmody Yoga Pty Ltd, t/a Amy Carmody Yoga, ABN 44 644 710 127. www.amycarmodyyoga.com.au. ‘You’, ‘Your’ and the ‘Client’ refers to you, the client, tour member, visitor, website user or person using our website.
General:
The Deposit is required to secure your booking.
The Balance owed for your room is required via direct deposit 1 May 2024.
The Balance is the price of the room minus the deposit paid and any additional payments towards the total cost paid to date.
For shared room bookings, you guarantee you are authorised to agree to these terms on behalf of your roommate.
Flights are not included in the above pricing.
Booking flights and ensuring adequate time to meet the transfers to and from Stonehill Estate is your responsibility.
The 'ACM Stonehill Retreat' is a package. Opting out of any activities will not result in reduced price or refund.
Travel Insurance:
Travel Insurance will cover you for unforeseen circumstances and we strongly recommend it covers cancellation, curtailment, personal liability and loss of luggage and personal effects, as well as provide cover against personal accident, illness, personal injury and medical resulting expenses.
Covid:
Covid regulations during your stay are determined by the Italian authorities. Amy Carmody Yoga will defer to these regulations during the trip which may be subject to change. Amy Carmody Yoga will accept no damage, loss or liability resultant from a tour member’s failure to follow the aforementioned regulations or the guidelines of other countries, regions or authorities during your transit to or from the transfers.
By engaging Amy Carmody Yoga Pty Ltd you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amy Carmody Yoga Pty Ltd against any claims and/or losses as a result of the tour.
Cancellations:
Cancellations by you, and/or your roommate prior to July 25th may result in forfeiture of part or all of your deposit, unless the room is sold to another guest.
Cancellations within 30 days of the ACY Italian Holiday commencing may result in forfeiture of up to 75% of the total reservation cost if the room is unable to be sold to another guest.
If you reserved a shared room and your roommate cancels, you must either find someone to share the room with you, or ACY may assist in finding someone to share the room with you. Or the room price will have to increase to the cost of a single occupancy room.
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure if, due to global pandemics, terrorism, natural disasters, political instability or other external events it is not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. If we cancel the trip, you can choose to transfer amounts paid to an alternative or rescheduled tour date.
In circumstances where the cancellation is due to external events outside our reasonable control, refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs which will be advised at the time of notice in writing. We are additionally not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking including but not limited to visas, vaccinations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
