Payment 
Billing commences immediately upon sign up. 

If you purchased under a payment plan, billing will occur monthly from the date of purchase until the balance is paid.

Full payment, or payment in accordance with an agreed instalment plan, is required to secure your enrolment and access to the training materials.

Access
Enrolment includes lifetime access to the program materials. As access does not expire, deferral of enrolment to a future date is not necessary and is not offered. 

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, including if you decide the program is not what you expected, you no longer have time to complete it, you change your mind after purchasing, or you simply do not get around to completing it. This applies regardless of how much of the course you have accessed, given that lifetime access means there is no time pressure to complete it by a particular date. 

Accreditation Disclosure
This training is not accredited by, registered with, or affiliated with Yoga Alliance or any similar third-party accrediting body. We do not pursue such accreditation as a matter of program policy. Purchasers should independently verify, prior to enrolment, whether any specific accreditation is required for their intended use of this training (for example, for insurance, employment, or studio requirements in their jurisdiction). A lack of third-party accreditation does not constitute a basis for a refund under this policy. 

Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including any entitlement to a remedy where the training is not provided with due care and skill, is not fit for the purpose for which it is sold, or otherwise fails to meet a statutory guarantee. This policy applies to claims based on change of mind or personal circumstance, not to claims arising from such guarantees. 

Acknowledgment
By completing payment, the purchaser acknowledges they have read and understood this refund policy and agree to be bound by it. 

Failure to Pay
If you have elected to pay via an instalment plan and fail to make a scheduled payment, we may suspend or revoke your access to the program materials until the outstanding payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in permanent revocation of access and cancellation of your enrolment. Amounts already paid are non-refundable in accordance with the Refund Policy above, and you remain liable for any outstanding instalments due under your payment plan unless we agree otherwise in writing.
